Luxe Creative Media – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, entries, and services provided by Luxe Creative Media, including:

  • The British Hair & Beauty Awards
  • Top Rated Salons & Spas – Gold Standard
  • Shop purchases (trophies, certificates, upgrade packages, and related materials)

By using our websites, services, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.


1. General

All services and purchases are provided by Luxe Creative Media. By placing an order, entering a competition, or engaging with our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.


2. Shop Terms

  • All orders must be placed through our website. We may refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Prices are in GBP. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • No refunds on purchased items, including personalised trophies, certificates, or other winner materials.
  • Delivery: We are not responsible for errors in delivery addresses. Risk passes to the customer once items are delivered.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days with photographic evidence for replacement or refund consideration.

3. Competition Terms

  • By entering, you agree to follow all rules set out for the British Hair & Beauty Awards.
  • Eligibility: Open to UK-based hair, beauty, and wellness businesses only. Overseas entries are not accepted.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid per category entered.
  • Judging is based on submitted supporting evidence; there is no public voting. Each business is assessed individually and fairly, with awards based on merit.
  • Finalists may purchase optional upgrade packages (trophies, certificates, promotional materials). Upgrade does not guarantee winning.
  • Deadline for evidence submission is final; late submissions will not be considered.

4. Top Rated Salons & Spas – Gold Standard

  • Only businesses achieving a score of 9/10 or above in our assessment qualify for the Gold Standard. Lower-scoring businesses are not published or awarded.
  • Assessments include:
    • Health & Safety Compliance
    • Staff Qualifications & Training
    • Client Experience & Service Delivery
    • Customer Reviews & Reputation
    • Salon Environment & Presentation
    • Operational Excellence
    • Innovation & Integrity
  • Businesses not meeting the standard receive private feedback and may reapply once improvements are made.
  • Luxe Creative Media reserves the right to remove any listing or award for breach of conduct or misleading information.

5. Payment & Fees

  • All fees (entries, upgrades, packages) are non-refundable.
  • Late or missed payments may result in disqualification or withholding of awards and certificates.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, badges, and promotional materials remain the property of Luxe Creative Media.
  • Materials may not be used commercially without written permission.

7. Complaints

  • We are a small, dedicated team and aim to respond within 5 working days.
  • Complaints are reviewed impartially; decisions regarding awards or entries remain final.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
